If the product ordered is delivered correctly and still want exchange/Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable for both ways.

It is necessary to make a video which starts from unpacking/unboxing the parcel and the box inside so that details related to the product you wish to exchange can be captured easily without any hassles. As part of this policy, we do not entertain any requests of exchange or return in case the complete video is not shared with us. Customer must ensure that the product should not be prone to any physical damage, Products should be in the original packaging without any missing or damaged parts.

Once your return is received and investigated, we will send you an email notification that we have received your item you wish to return. We will also keep you informed about the status of your refund once we have analysed it at our end. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided as Phone Covers India Credit. You will be eligible to buy another product for the same price or more. The amount will be credited back as Phone Covers India credit.

Exchange/Refund processes could take up to 7-10 working days after the product is received.

We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to provide Exchange/return for the Broken Product in case customer don’t provide unpacking/unboxing proper video. We don’t have a refund policy in this case as our products are tested by our Quality Assurance team.
