Exchange Policy (7-10Day)

Exchange processes could take up to 7-10 working days after the product is received. If you are not satisfied with the product quality then you can only exchange your product with another
product of the same price. We don’t have a refund policy in this case as our products are tested by our Quality Assurance team.

It is mandatory to make a video which starts from unpacking/unboxing the parcel and the box inside so that details related to the product you wish to exchange can be captured
easily without any hassles. As part of this policy, we do not entertain any requests of exchange or return in case the complete video is not shared with us. Customer must ensure that the
product should not be prone to any physical damage, Products should be in the original packaging without any missing or damaged parts.

If the product ordered is delivered correctly and still want exchange. Return shipping or Reshipping will be at the buyer’s cost. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
